Challenge

It’s a requirement of Property Managers to visit most of their sites each and every month. This applies to both buildings and estates. These inspections are an important cog in the process of professionally managing their clients’ assets. Often, these inspections have been carried out using Dictaphones, whereby the managers would talk about what they saw. Notes would then be transcribed back at the office. As you can imagine, the process was long and tedious, as well as being prone to errors. At HeadChannel , we knew we could offer a better solution.

Solution

We saw that property management companies needed an inspection system that would allow the managers to report directly to their internal maintenance system. This would be the most efficient solution, and offered flexibility too. However, nothing on the market addressed these needs. That’s why we developed a bespoke property inspection app which either works as a stand alone or links directly to the company's internal systems. Reports can also be downloaded by clients or managers in real time.
